Health Guarantee

Our breeders at mypuppies.co put much effort into being a conscientious breeders and commit to the health and well-being of their dogs. As part of their dedication to responsible breeding practices, they make every effort to breed out any genetic issues that may be common to the breeds we work with. It is important to note that while we take all necessary precautions, no breeder can guarantee the complete absence of health issues in their dogs. All Puppies will come with a health guarantee. Our breeders believe in transparency and will always provide any available health information about their dogs to their clients.

2-YEAR GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE:

We offer a 2-Year Health Guarantee against Congenital & Hereditary health issues as well as moderate or severe hip dysplasia, and retinal eye disease. Because poor nutrition is the cause of many health issues, we require that your precious puppy continue with one of our approved foods for the first 26 months of his/her life to qualify for this 2-year health guarantee. Remember, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!
If you continue with one of our approved foods as well as maintain a healthy lifestyle with adequate exercise and regular doctor health checks and vaccinations for the first 26 months, this dog is guaranteed against life threatening Congenital & Hereditary health issues, moderate or severe hip dysplasia, and retinal eye disease until it is 26 months of age. (The OFA is the sole and only judge in determining hip dysplasia. A CERF certified veterinarian must confirm any hereditary eye defects. The purchaser is to spay or neuter (unless already done) and keep him/her as a companion.)

The buyer(s) shall provide proper nutrition, vet care, shelter and exercise. The pup shall be socialized properly after all immunizations given, to include other people outside the family, other dogs, and strange places. Obedience classes are recommended before the pup is 1yr old.

In the very rare case of sudden death of puppy, the breeder must receive a written notice of the puppy’s death from the owner’s vet, along with a necropsy report indication cause of death. We also reserve the right to acquire a DNA sample from the puppy to determine the dog or puppy as one of our lineages.

This puppy is being purchased as a pet and therefore the following applies:
The original buyer of the dog has the right to a replacement puppy from the next available and comparable litter considering the following criteria have been met:

  • The original buyer must own the puppy.
  • The puppy must not have sired or whelped a litter.
  • The puppy must not have been overfed or overweight.
  • Buyer must provide an OFA diagnosis of hip dysplasia or CERF diagnosis of retinal atrophy, plus x-rays or vision exam results, and spay/neuter proof with dog's details before 26 months.
  • Buyer must have fed this dog one of our approved foods for the first 26 months.

While this Health Guarantee has limiting clauses… Our commitment is high to provide you with a healthy puppy for many years. We all know that where there is life there can be problems and we strongly suggest you choose a health insurance that can help in the unexpected, however we are here to help out in any reasonable way that we can in any situation… because we care.

Return Policy

It is important to us that our clients and dogs are happy, but we understand life can take unexpected turns... If a puppy is returned to Hess Family Beautiful Puppies within 3 days of sale, for any reason not supported by a statement from a veterinary practitioner, the Hess Family will take back the puppy back and refund 75% of the purchase price. We will do our best to support you with any issue that you are having - Please talk to us!

Rehome Offer

No one knows what the future holds and if for any reason you are not able to keep your dog and unable to find anyone who can give it a suitable home, we will always take him/her back and rehome it for you. Our wish is that your dog, regardless of age, will never be without a home or end up in the pound with this unconditional lifelong rehoming offer.
