Professional and easy to communicate with during the entire process. Very pleased with our mini bernadoodle. He is smart and has a sweet and playful personality. His 12 week vet apt showed a healthy puppy.

Dealing with the “Hess Family of Beautiful puppies” fits the name perfectly. Great communication that was timely and responsive to many questions. Our puppies (two of them), had been bathed and brushed upon arrival. We played with them while staff answered a number of questions. From start to finish Hess Family was phenomenal. Communication was great, visits were enjoyable and fun. Our baby girl turned one this month and she’s the sweetest, most affectionate and most well behaved pup! We love her so much!!! I absolutely suggest Hess Family!!

My sister and I researched many mini golden doodle breeders and finally found the Hess family. Although It is true that the entire experience has been stress free but the Hess Family Puppies come from a loving, caring environment, which became was evident during the first few minutes of our introduction. Mr. Hess’ family business is clearly a labor of love. When we first met the puppies, they were calm, enjoyed being around us and clearly well cared for. Their surroundings were impeccable and puppy friendly. Mr. Hess’ daughters were extremely knowledgeable about the breed and gave us as much time as we needed. If you are looking for a truly positive experience in purchasing this beautiful breed, do not hesitate in choosing the Hess Family located just outside of Springfield, MA. Tucked away out here in the small town of Russell, Ma just off of Rt 20, we raise the pups. We are not a pet store, we do not have regular hours and neither do we have puppies all the time however we welcome you to give us a call and we will see what we have or what we are planning for in the near future. These pups are in high demand and go quickly.

Do you offer shipping?

Due to the stress of shipping a small puppy we do not currently offer this option. All our puppies our handed directly from us to our customers to reduce the stress on the puppy.
